unconcentrate but do

blog overreach

Posting whole, completed projects and adventures is just so simple.
But when it comes to daily habits?
There’s a fine line between… well, I don’t really know. I do know that on the unhealthy end we have the social media mindset where ‘doing’ is secondary to ‘posting about doing’ - doing things only to earn more little thumbs-ups by internet phantoms.
But what exactly is the healthier end?
Is there a healthy reason I feel reinforced when I post about my veggie garden or my pistol squat progress?

Honestly, I’m not in any danger of tripping and falling into filming myself washing dishes or whatever so I don’t really care to ruminate over it any further...

But I am thinking about how I can reasonably use a blog to cement my progress on some things I am making progress on. Of course I’m not going to make a new post every time I reach a new squats rep goal or grow another nice tomato.

Unless it’s like a really nice tomato.
